ISO: Ham wrapped in a crust-baked

Please help me find a lost recipe. It's for a crust that is wrapped around a ham. I think some of the ingredients are- flour, brown sugar, spices, mustard, apple cider for liquid. Thank you so much. Pen Andrishok
