Recipe: Corner Bakery Brownies - Tips

I actually worked the VERY FIRST Corner Bakery in Chicago, Il. I signed a contract that I could not replicate the recipes. HOW dumb was I? I made these brownies almost every day. What I can tell you is that it is/was NOT marshmallow cream. It was mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips with a cocoa powder base. The mini marshmallows did not appear like a rocky road, instead they melted within the brownies that helped their chewy and moist flavor. I unfortunately live in a country now where you can't get these items are rare and expensive. So should anyone want to experiment ........ PLEASE SHARE :)
