Recipe(tried): Hedgehog Cake

HEDGEHOG CAKE
125g (4oz) butter
125g (4oz) sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup choppped walnuts
1/4 cup sultanas (optional)
250g (8oz) sweet biscuits, crushed

Melt butter and sugar together in saucepan, remove from heat, add beaten egg and cocoa. Return to heat, bringing slowly almost to boiling point. Add nuts, sultanas and biscuits. Press into loaf or orange cake tin. When cold, unmould and cover with chocolate icing.
