re: Good Earth's Walnut Mushroom Casserole

I don't have an exact recipe, but I know they combine mushrooms, walnuts and sour cream and broccoli. I guess you can figure out amounts of each. Put into a casserole dish, top with your favorite cheese and bake until cheese is melted and golden brown. I guess that the broccoli would have to be precooked before adding into the casserole dish.
