ISO: Short Ribs from Presto Pressure Cooker Recipe Book

Misc.
Dear Friends,
I have finally, after 40 years, lost my pressure cooker recipe book that came with my Presto pressure cooker. The recipe is in the meat section, and fair short and easy to make. I a am so frustrated...I just found some beautiful short ribs, and now I can't find the recipe. I do remember that it calls for browning the ribs, sauteing the onions and included vinegar and maybe even sugar. Any help I could get, would be most appreciated.

Sincerely,
Marilyn in So. California
