VARIATIONS TO CHICKEN SOUP

Misc.

Michelle
I sometimes make a double batch of chicken soup and freeze half.

If you add any one of the following you have a new soup.
1 can of diced tomatos and potatoes (sort of spainish)
juice of one lemon
2 canned corn or bag of frozen corn (chicken and corn chowder)
frozen spinache and a couple tbs lemon juice
beans and bit of pepperoni

All of the above can be made with pasta homemade or stor bought.
