Here is a link to a manual with recipes:
Charlescraft NBR BBM3 Instruction Manual

The Cajun Bread recipe is on page 18 but I don't see a Sally Lunn recipe in it.

And here's a recipe previously posted for you to check out:

For 1, 1 /2 or 2 lb. loaf
