Recipe: Seven Grain Millet Bread (bread machine)

Breads - Bread Machine
SEVEN GRAIN MILLET BREAD

2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
2 1/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup seven grain flour
1/3 cup millet seeds, lightly toasted
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 plus 3 tablespoons cup water
3 tablespoons honey
1 large egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Place all ingredients in machine and push start.

Makes 1 loaf
