ISO: Avila's El Paso Salsa

This is a request for a salsa recipe from El Paso Tx. The resturant is called Avila's and is located at 10600 Montana in El Paso Texas. My husbands family and I recently moved to the cold winters of Wisconsin from near El Paso Texas. We were regulars at Avila's and the thing we miss the most (among many of the other great dishes) is the salsa. I have tried and tried till my hands became raw with onion and chili juice to find somthing even close to the recipe that Avila's uses. If anyone can help me I, and my entire family, would be greatful.
I miss the southwest.
