ISO: Fogg 'n Suds Weeping Tiger recipe

Misc.
lemongrass, cilantro and spicy chilies make up this marinated beef dish. It is served with a side of sticky rice and is to die for! From Fogg 'n Suds which is a BC based restaurant. Thanks in advance! I became addicted to this and have cravings all the time!
