ISO: Paul Bunyan's Buttermilk Donuts (Minoqua, WI)

Misc.
I have been going to this restaurant for 40 years. I gorge myself on these donuts for one entire week of the years, and then buy dozens of them to bring home and freeze. If I'm lucky, some actually do survive the 8 hour car ride, but often there are MANY casualties. Please help me re-create these wonderful, sugary delights!!
