Recipe(tried): Goode Company Gumbo (copycat recipe)

I had also been looking for a copycat Goode company gumbo recipe. I think this recipe is almost a perfect match. I followed the recipe to a T. It took forever. The only thing I did different was at the end I added a little extra "Cajun seasoning".
