Recipe(tried): Molasses Crinkle Cookies

Molasses Cookies--Given to me by a great cook!

3/4 c. oleo
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger

Beat oleo and sugar and add molasses. Add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Roll in small balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. I bake all of my cookies on parchment paper.
