Desserts - Candy, Chocolate
QUICK BLACK FOREST FONDUE
Source: Hershey's Fabulous Desserts
Makes about 1 1/2 cups fondue

24 ounces maraschino cherries with stems
1 cup Hershey's milk chocolate chips
1 cup Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 ounces evaporated milk
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Drain cherries; set aside. (If desired, cherries may be placed on flat tray in freezer at least 1 hour before serving.)

In medium saucepan combine chocolate chips and evaporated milk; stir lightly. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in almond extract.

Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish; dip cherries into warm fondue.
