ISO: Fried Shrimp with Poori (Indian)

Misc.
I have searched for a recipe for Fried Shrimp with Poori all over the web to no avail. It is an appetizer I have had in many Indian restaurants, and it's one of my favorites. It's not a traditional deep-fried shrimp with a batter, it's shrimp sauteed with onions and green peppers in a wonderful red sauce (not hot or too spicey) and served with poori bread. I am hoping someone might have a recipe for it. Thank you!
