EASY ONE-DISH HAM BAKE
1 (1 lb) bag frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz) can 98% fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup fat free milk
3 cups cut up ham, chicken, turkey or beef
3 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick
1 1/2 cups skim milk
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix broccoli, soups, 1 cup milk and the ham in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
Stir Bisquick and 1 1/2 cups milk in medium bowl until blended. Pour evenly over soup mixture.
Bake uncovered 27 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
