Recipe: Original Crispix Mix with Extra Garlic Variation

Original Crispix Mix with Extra Garlic Variation

7 cups Crispix
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup pretzels
3 Tbsp margarine, melted
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp onion salt
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Combine Crispix, nuts, and pretzels in 13x9x2 inch pan and set aside.

Stir together remaining ingredients. Gently stir spices and margarine into cereal mixture until evenly coated.

Bake at 250 about 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.

Crispix original with extra garlic

Same ingredients as original except add:

1 cup garlic flavored mini bagel chips
2 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Prepare in the same way as original.

Note: 2 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp garlic salt can be replaced with 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
