Recipe(tried): Wedding reception for a small morning wedding

Quiches can be served at room temperature, fruit is always welcome.

If it is a winter reception and the melon isn't sweet enough add melon liqour or sweetened juice with some vanilla added.

Bunches of grapes add edible decorations to your buffet table.

Consider having white and dark chocolate fondue to dip fruits in.

An assortment of sweet rolls, muffins and croissants/dinner rolls.

Sliced ham/turkey with pots of different mustards & flavored mayos (pesto & sundried tomato).

Pasta salad with salmon/dill or sausage/sudried tomato viniagrette.

Stuffed eggs are another egg idea, they may be made with ham and cheese or other savory fillngs.

Having flavored syrups to add to your juices & coffee is a nice touch.

A couple of cans of whipped cream wearing napkin "jackets" adds fun to your coffee service. Have cocoa and mini marshmallows, chocolate sprinkles for kids of all ages.

Electric roasters and crock pots can be used to warm things and keep them hot. You can rent cambros which will keep food hot for a couple of hours. Good Luck!
