Recipe(tried): Antipasto in a Bowl (make ahead)

Appetizers and Snacks
This is an amazing "salad" - works great as an appetizer to bring to a big gathering because it makes a lot. Don't know if this is what you're looking for. It's also not cheap to make! But worth it!

Although it doesn't have the tri-color pasta, there is no reason you couldn't add that to these ingredients:

ANTIPASTO IN A BOWL

This is a good dish for a buffet party.

1 jar fried peppers with oil, undrained
1 jar Tuscan (pepperoncini) peppers, drained
1 jar or can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 jar marinated button mushrooms in oil, undrained
1 can whole black olives, drained
3 1/2 inch slices Genoa salami, cubed
2 1/2 inch slices provolone cheese, cubed
1 pepperoni stick, sliced in thin rounds
FOR THE DRESSING:
Oil
Vinegar
Garlic powder
Oregano
1 box cherry tomatoes (for garnish)

Toss all ingredients for the antipasto together in large bowl. Do not drain mushrooms or fried peppers. Add oil, vinegar, garlic powder and oregano to taste. Marinate 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Fold in cherry tomatoes just before serving.
