Recipe: Asian Guacamole

ASIAN GUACAMOLE
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and cubed
1 small sweet onion, such as Maui or Vidalia, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoon green onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 teaspoon Thai chili oil
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mash gently enough to mix, while keeping avocados chunky.
Serve in bowl with chips or quesadillas.
Makes: 4-5 cups
