Recipe(tried): Au Jus

Hi there Pat!
After cooking a roast...remove it from pan. Spoon off fat from meat juices..pour a little water (about 1/3-1/2 cup). Over medium-high heat, until browned bits are disolved, strain mixture. What you have left is Au Jus! You can season salt and pepper to taste and add a dash of worcestershire sauce if you like. Good Luck!
