Recipe(tried): Beef Roll's

Here is one of our favorite's
Beef Roll's (belly whoppers)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
4 oz. Blue Cheese
Green Onion's (you will need quite
few bunches)
Budding Beef

Mix cheese's together well.
Spread cheese mix thinly on beef slices.
Place cleaned onion on edge of beef and
roll. Chill over night. Then slice into
bite size pieces.
Great for Buffet style meal's during the holiday's.
