Recipe: Bisquick Banana Bread

Breads - Assorted
Banana Nut Bread

1 1/3 cup mashed bananas(about 2 large)
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Heat oven 350. Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Mix banas, sugar, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf pan, remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
