BURGER BUNS
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups better for bread flour or bread flour
2 1/2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 1/4 tsp. yeast
Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Make in DOUGH cycle on machine.
Punch dough down and let rest for 20 minutes.
Divide into 8 balls. Make balls into bun shapes and flatten. Let rise for 1 hour.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until done.
VARIATION:
FOR ONION BUNS:
Add 3 tablespoons dried onion soup mix.
Makes 8 rolls
