Recipe: Cake suggestions for mini Christmas tree pans

Hi Karen,

Any bundt cake batter, muffin batter, or flour and egg based fruitcake batter would work well in those pans. But if you try regular cake batter (homemade or cake mix) I think you'll find that they will be more sturdy than you might expect. Here are some recipes to try:
