Recipe: Cheesy Penny Wafers

Misc.

Hi Kathy;
I think this probably what you are looking for.
Cheesy Penney Wafers
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
dash cayenne pepper
Cream together butter and cheese, add salt and cayenne. Work in the flour until
thoroughly blended. On floured board, knead dough until smooth. Roll into a
long thin roll; refrigerate. When chilled, slice thinly, about 1/8 " and bake
on a cookie sheet at 350* for 8-10 minutes until brown.
