ISO: Cheddar Cheese Cookies

I'm looking for a recipe for cheddar cheese cookies or cheddar cheese pennies.
The ones I have tasted are made with flour, butter, cheddar cheese and
sometimes Parmesan also, cayenne pepper, or maybe chili pepper. They are quite
spicy and very delicious. Can you help?
