corn flakes
cinnamon
sugar
flour tortillas
vanilla ice cream
TOPPING OF CHOICE:
chocolate syrup
strawberry syrup
honey
Crush corn flakes in ziplock baggie as fine as possible. Mix equal amounts of cinnamon and sugar into corn flakes; set aside.
Mix equal amount of sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
Deep fry 1 flour tortilla per serving in hot oil for about a minute per side or until golden crispy. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle fried tortilla with the cinnamon and sugar mixture in bowl. Place tortilla on a serving dish; set aside.
FOR EACH SERVING:
Shape 1 cup vanilla ice cream into a ball and put in the baggie with the corn flake mixture. cover ice cream well in the crushed corn flakes. Place on the fried tortilla. Add favorite topping and enjoy!
