Recipe(tried): Chili Cheese Roll for Cheryl, NJ

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi Cheryl:-) Here is one idea for your Cabin Fever Party.

CHILI CHEESE ROLL

1 (16 oz.) package Velveeta, softened
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Chili powder
Assorted crackers (Ritz or Town House are good with this.)

Blend Velveeta and cream cheese together well. Add chopped pecans and mix well. Form into a log, or two logs if you wish.

Put chili powder on waxed paper and roll logs in it to coat the outside of the logs completely. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill well.

Slice and serve with crackers or let guests serve themselves from the logs using a cheese knife or spreader.
