COOL TUNA SALAD
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 stalk celery, diced
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
tomato cup or buns (to serve)
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Serve in a tomato cup or on buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
