Recipe(tried): Spinach Salad with Mandarin Oranges

SPINACH SALAD WITH MANDARIN ORANGES

1 bag triple washed spinach
1 bag organic mixed srping greens
1 can mandarin oranges, drained juice reserved*
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 package Good seasons Italian dressing mix plus ingredients to make it

Mix spinsch and spring greens in a large bowl. Sprinkle with almonds and top with oranges. Serve with Italian dressing.

*When making the drsssing, omit water and substitute mandarin orange juice.
