Recipe(tried): Creamed Chipped Beef

Misc.

I have also made this for years and the white sauce base is correct. The beef is dried and is in a jar or little packages in the lunch meat section of your store.

3 tbsp. butter
3tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
==================
Melt butter and add the flour, stir in milk slowly so that the flour mixture stays smooth.
Make the white sauce and pour over toasted bread
