Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza like Mazzio's

I took my preschool class on a field trip to Mazzio's Pizza. I asked about the recipe for chocolate chip pizza. I was told to make the topping like I would make chocolate chip cookies except use a lot of butter and to leave the eggs out of the recipe.
