TWO-TONE RUM FUDGE3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons milk
3/4 teaspoon rum flavoring
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Line bottom and sides of a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with waxed paper, leaving 1-inch of waxed paper over sides of pan.
Mix powdered sugar, margarine and milk in medium bowl. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until margarine is melted and mixture can be stirred smooth.
Stir in rum flavoring and raisins. Spread evenly in pan. Drizzle with melted chocolate; spread carefully to edges of pan. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.
Lift out candy and cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes bout 3 1/2 dozen candies
VARIATION:
Paper bonbon cups, available at specialty shops and some supermarkets, can be used to make about 2 1/2 dozen candies. Spoon into cups.
