EASY DINNER MENU PLANS - BUDGET MEALS

- Baked chicken with cream of mushroom soup. Serve with mashed potatoes and corn. (Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or at 325 degrees for 2 hours.)

- Baked fish sticks and French fries.

- Baked pork chops with mushroom soup and side of green beans. (Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or at 325 degrees for 2 hours.)

- Chilli (using one can of kidney beans) and italian bread or corn bread.

- Chicken soup. Serve with grilled cheese sandwiches.

- Hamburgers served with french fries.

- Manwich served on buns and French fries.

- Meatloaf with mac and cheese and side of peas.

- Pot Roast (chuck roast with potatoes, carrots and onions).

- Shake and Bake chicken. Serve with either a baked potatoes or instant mashed potatoes with chicken gravy and a can of vegetables.

- Shake and Bake pork chops. Serve with a baked potatoes or parlsey potatoes and a can of vegetables.

- Sloppy Al's (ground beef and onion, green pepper, celery and cream of mushroom soup). Serve on a bun and with French fries.

- Spaghetti with a salad and slice of italian bread.

- Tacos with shredded lettuce, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, shredded yellow American cheese. Serve with nacho flavored taco chips.

- Tuna Noodle Casserole served with peas.

OPTIONAL SIDES:

- Instant mashed potatoes, frozen French fries, baked potatoes, parsley potatoes, mac and cheese (box), grilled cheese sandwiches, potato chips, or nacho flavored taco chips.

- Canned vegetables like corn, peas, green beans, French style green beans, or wax yellow beans.

- Coleslaw or a lettuce salad.
