Holidays, Celebrations If you have had the party, hope it turned out well. If not- when I read your message I had my classic French Cordon Bleu Cook Book nearby so I looked in the appetizer chapter. Believe it or not she suggests stuffed celery! It was a little fancy because the filled stalks were but back together then chilled and sliced crossways. Of course there is always pate, but I don't think many teens would like it. However I have seen a tuna pate recipe on another site that had very high reviews.
I would suggest miniature cream puffs . They are easy to make and can be done ahead of time. They can be filled with minced seafood or chicken salads.
