This recipe is very old and given to us from our next door neighbor in Queens.
Italian Bow Ties (Twists)
1 stick melted butter
1 cup lite cream
1 cup sugar (good cup)
about 7 cups flour
6 eggs
Make a well with sugar and flour, put eggs well beaten and cream and butter in middle and mix altogether. Roll out and make very thin. Make twists with a slit in the middle pulling through to make bow like. I used pasta machine this year. Can put honey over them or conf. sugar.
