Recipe(tried): Grab and Go Breakfast Ideas

Breakfast and Brunch
I, too, do the sausage and biscuit thing. I also make breakfast tacos - scrambling eggs, sausage or bacon, and cheese together til just done (better if not overcooked).

Heat corn or flour tortillas in microwave for about 15 seconds each, fill with about two tablespoons of mixture and fold over like a taco. Wrap each in plastic wrap and put all in a plastic freezer container with lid. Take out the desired amount and heat for 45 to 60 seconds each. wrap in a napkin and it's ready to eat.

Also muffins of all kinda freeze well. Big cookies with lots of good stuff like oats, raisins and peanut butter make great breakfasts, too. Hope this helps, Jan
