AND HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN DONUT PAN

Hello All! It's been quite a while since I've ordered a new kitchen "gadget" but here I am waiting for my new donut pans to arrive :-) I've started collecting donut pan recipes from creative bakers all over the Net. Below is the list I have so far and I have more additions coming. Oh what fun!

If you don't have a donut pan, most of these batters can be rolled into a doughnut shape (or into balls for donut holes) or piped onto a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet or baked in a regular-size or mini muffin pan (baking times may need adjusting). And, if you want the "hole-thing" (because, you know, the hole has zero calories), here are some ingenious ways to make your own donut pan:
