Recipe(tried): grape jelly meatballs

I have a recipe for meatballs using grape jelly maybe this is it......
1/2 jar Welches grape jelly
1 1/2 jars Heinz chili sauce
1 pkg frozen meatballs
cook in crockpot till tender and done....this doens'nt take long.
