Recipe(tried): Great Fresh Ginger Tea

Beverages
I make a great ginger tea by simply slicing up fresh ginger root and simmering it with water in a large pot on the stove for a few hours. You can make a gallon from one large root . I just strain it and sweeten it with a bit of honey when I want to drink it. It is great either hot or cold. It is really good if you have the cold a flu bug or even some stomach upsets. It seems to help. Ginger is very healthy so it sure can't hurt. It is a great change from caffine. Enjoy.
