Recipe: Mocha-Malted Milk Shake (blender)
BeveragesMOCHA-MALTED MILK SHAKE
1 cup fat-free skim or
1% lowfat milk
5 or 6 coffee cubes*
1 tablespoon malted milk powder
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 or 2 ice cubes (optional)
Combine the milk, coffee cubes, malted milk powder and cocoa powder in a blender. If you prefer a frothier drink, add the ice cubes.
Blend at high speed until very smooth and foamy, about 1 minute. Pour into a chilled glass.
*For coffee cubes, freeze strong coffee in ice cube trays.
Makes one serving
