GUILT FREE LEMON ICEBOX PIE

1 prepared low fat graham cracker pie crust
1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tub Cool Whip Fat Free
grated fresh lemon peel from 1 lemon

Mix lemon juice and milk until well blended.

Add peel and fold into Cool Whip.

Spoon all into prepared crust and chill 3 hours or overnight.

To make a guilt free key lime pie use key lime juice for the lemon juice, omit peel, and add 3 drops of green food coloring.
