Recipe: Halloween - Witches Hats

WITCHES HATS
No tricks! Just three ingredients combine for these easy-to-make Halloween treats. Any 1 1/2 to 2 1/2-inch chocolate covered cookies can be used instead of the shortbread cookies.
32 chocolate kisses, unwrapped
1 (11 1/2 oz) pkg Short-bread fudge striped cookies (32 cookies)
1 orange or red tube Icing
Attach chocolate kiss to the chocolate bottom of each cookie with decorative icing.
Pipe decorating icing around the base of chocolate kiss.
Makes 32
