These little pop in your mouth flavor bursts are a perfect complement to any host. They're quick to make and look like you spent a lot of time fussing
1/2 pound extra lean, cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 eggs or egg substitute
finely chopped parsley or chives
Preheat oven to 400 degrees while preparing recipe. Add all the above ingredients to a bowl. Mix well and shape into small walnut size balls.
Place ham balls on a nonstick baking sheet and cook at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with chives or parsley and serve with your favorite spicy barbecue, oriental or sweet-hot mustard sauce. Perfect appetizer.
