Recipe: Healthy Raisin Oatmeal Cookies and Chewy Oatmeal Cookies (using oil and egg whites, repost)

You can try substituting 3/4 cup oil for the 1 cup butter in your oatmeal cookie recipe but the taste and texture may not be the same. Here are a couple of recipes using oil:

Healthy Raisin Oatmeal Cookies (using oil and egg whites)

Chewy Oatmeal Cookies (using egg whites, oil, nuts and dates or raisins)
