Recipe: Homemade Kaluha

Kaluha

1 (2 oz) jar instant coffee
2 cup boiling water
1 pint brandy
3 cups sugar
1 vanilla bean

Mix all together, put in gallon jug and let stand 30 days. Strain out vanilla bean.

I have also made the above and substituted the brandy with vodka and the sugar with brown sugar. It is excellent.
