Recipe: How to Freeze Pecans

Hi Bo,

Here's info from the National Food Safety Database:

Place nuts in a damp place overnight to prevent brittleness of the kernels while cracking. Shell nuts, keeping kernels as nearly whole as possible. Spread in thin layer to dry for 24 hours. Package in airtight bags for freezing.
