Recipe(tried): Jason's Deli Fruit Dip, Potato Salad and 3 Bean Salad

Recipe Collections
I used to work for Jason's several years ago as the "recipe" maker and then Manager. I would make all their housemade items every morning. I cannot remember the exact amounts from every recipe and alot of the amounts were made in bulk. I can give you the general idea for most of the housemade products. Please note that some things were shipped in frozen, so if anyone claims to know the exact recipe, they are wrong. Those items would be any soups, the muffin mix, chocolate mousse. Here is what I remember:

FRUIT DIP
5 lbs sour cream
1/2 cup OJ or Gran Marnier (we weren't allowed to use alcohol in KS)
2 cups Brown Sugar

AMERICAN POTATO SALAD (Don't remember amounts)
Baked Potatoes
Red and Green Bell Peppers
Purple Onions
Mayo
Mustard
White Pepper

THREE BEAN SALAD
Canned Three Bean mix
Purple Onion
Leo's Italian Dressing

If you are looking for anymore, please post a reply and I will try to remember.
