Recipe: Jed Prouty's Cheese Dip! 5 years too late!

I have a friend in the Bangor area and she gave me the recipe, her Nana worked there! We are trying it this year. I hope you get this even though you asked in 2007!

JED PROUTY'S CHEESE DIP

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 a green bell pepper, diced finely
1 small onion, diced finely
1 (5 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
1 1/2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
Season to taste: Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce.
